Certificates of Lawful Development

There are developments where planning permission is not required – either by being designated as Permitted Development or through the passage of time (4 years for development and 10 years where the matter relates to a use). It is advisable (and in many cases it is necessary) to obtain a lawful development certificate to confirm that planning permission is not required. allPlanning have years of experience obtaining these certificates on behalf of our clients. The process is similar to submitting a regular householder or full planning permission application.

Planning Objections

If you find yourself in a situation, whether for business or personal reasons, where you wish to object to a planning application, you’re not the first and you won’t be the last. It’s quite common to be opposed to a project and you’re totally within your rights to lodge an objection.
