In 2020, allPlanning was involved in a project to secure planning permission for a roof terrace to a flat in Brixton in Lambeth. With a previous application (submitted by a different team) having been refused, our clients had begun to give up hope of ever securing planning permission. However, working with a new architect and advising on key design changes, we were able to secure planning permission at the first attempt.
